Summer 2026

New England Equestrian Center has developed camps to fit anyone who wishes to learn how to ride or advance their current capabilities. Our camps offer smaller student to instructor ratios so riders can gain experience and learn on a more individualized basis.

Camp Dates 2026: 9AM - 3PM

A. July 20 - July 24

B. July 27 - July 31

What should I bring to equestrian camp?

Required

  • Lunch and snacks

  • Water

  • Sunblock/Hat

  • Bug Spray

  • Boots with a heel

  • Backpack/bag for all your belongings

Encouraged, but not mandatory

  • Your own saddle -- regardless of gullet/tree size

  • ASTM Certified Helmet

  • Notebook & Writing utensils

Will there be a horse show on the last day of camp?

Yes! Invite your friends, family, and loved ones to watch you and your fellow equestrians show off all you've accomplished and learned during your week at camp! There will be three phases to the horse show. Each phase is scored individually then combined to determine each riders placing.

1. Grooming Test

2. Riding Test

3. Written Test

Ribbons will be awarded at the conclusion of the horse show for 1st - 12th place in accordance to the three show phases. We will also have champion and reserve champion ribbons for our first and second place equestrians; determined by the riding portion only.

How much does horse camp cost?

A deposit of $120 is required by July 1st, 2026 to hold your campers spot.

The remaining amount of $380 is due on the first day of camp upon drop off at 9AM.

Total cost: $500

Deals: Sign up before June 1st for 10% off the total cost!

Spectators Please Note:

All spectators are required to help maintain a quiet and respectful environment while the students and horses are showing, regardless of the phase. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing any pets or adult substances to the horse show. We suggest you bring a folding chair to help ensure your comfort during this event as the duration of the show is expected to be approximately 1-2 hours.

Please plan for the horse show to begin at 11AM on the final day of camp!
